Satan burger by Carlton Mellick III
Carlton Mellick III is crazy but in a sweet and intelligent way. This book is terrific, and I don’t remember having so much fun with a book for a long time. Maybe the last time was when I was reading the short novels from In Nomine / Magna Veritas the french tabletop RPG (not the crappy version for the USA). I have the feeling that maybe Carlton Mellick III used some kind of weird automatic writing technique because he is able to find new ideas in almost every paragraph and everything is random and insane but in his world everything makes sense and that blew my mind. The characters depicted are all losers, a bunch of shitty, crappy humans with no morale whatsoever and it is a delight to see them never improved. The dialogues are really funny and surreal. This book is absolutely different from everything, the story and dialogues will turn nuts some very conservative people but in fact, if you look into it really well, it is so hilarious and intelligent that this work can't even be described as disgusting. I loved this book and I am so glad to know that I have at least 59 other Mellick’s books to read.
